Yes, you may. Your desires are divine design — not doubts. Say yes. The permission is already yours.

Yes, You May

If you have been with me for a while, you know how much I cherish living in quantum alignment. Each year, I prayerfully set a theme. Each month, I receive its unique invitation. And each day, I bring it into life through one aligned question, one honest decision, one courageous step at a time.

This year, my theme is Wonder.

And May arrived with a message I did not expect — one that felt both tender and mighty, almost playful, and deeply reassuring all at once:

"Yes, you may."

At first, I smiled.

And then I paused. Because I began to sense how many of us are quietly waiting — waiting for permission we do not realize we are withholding from ourselves.

The Permission We Have Been Waiting For

Permission to rest.
Permission to begin.
Permission to receive.
Permission to want something more.

Permission to follow what is divinely placed on your heart.

But here is what I want you to sit with today: what if that permission has already been given?

What if the desires alive within you are not accidents? What if they are not there to tease you, to haunt you, or to remind you of what you cannot have?

What if they are part of the very design of your life — placed there not to be endlessly questioned, but to be trusted?

"Yes, you may" is not about entitlement. It is about alignment.

It is the recognition that when something is placed on your heart in truth, in love, in possibility — it is not a mistake. It is a guide.

What Your "Yes" Sounds Like

You may take the next step — even before you feel entirely ready.
You may say yes to what calls you — even when the full picture is not yet clear.
You may allow yourself to receive what you have been holding at a distance.
You may step into more.

Life is not always waiting for you to become more prepared. Sometimes it is simply waiting for you to say yes.

When Your "Yes" Is for Someone Else

And sometimes — the most beautiful times — we are invited not only to receive permission, but to become the permission for someone else.

For me, this May, it was the joy and courage to follow the inspiration to host the Butterfly Effect Fashion Fundraiser for Called to Rescue.

A reminder that even the smallest act of care — the smallest expression of generosity, the smallest moment of choosing love — can create a ripple that touches lives in ways we may never fully see or know.

Yes, you may.

Action Steps

Name What You Are Waiting For

Gently ask yourself: Where am I quietly waiting for permission? Write it down without judgment. The awareness alone begins the shift.

Trust the Desire

Choose one desire you have been questioning and ask: What if this is not here to torment me, but to guide me? Sit with the possibility that it is real, that it is meant for you, and that you are already worthy of it.

Take One Aligned Step

You do not need to see the whole path. You only need the next step. What is one small, honest, aligned action you can take today that says yes to what is calling you?

Be the Permission for Someone Else

Is there someone in your life who is waiting for their own "yes"? A word of encouragement, a moment of generosity, a simple act of love — you may be the very ripple that sets something beautiful in motion for them.

Quantum Shift

With your hand on your heart, affirm:

"I trust the desires placed within me. I allow myself to say yes to what is aligned, loving, and true. I am both the receiver and the giver of permission. I am mE."

Sometimes life is not waiting for you to become more ready.

Sometimes it is simply waiting for you to say yes.

It's your turn.
